Most of Atome is frozen raw; a few items such as Liège waffles and madeleines arrive already baked and only need reheating. The times above are from our product bake cards (loaf and baguette at 500°F, croissant at 375°F); see all baking instructions.
2. Where do they deliver?
Canada is large and frozen shipping is tight on timing, so coverage varies. We deliver to BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec, and to parts of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia (type your postal code to check). We do not deliver to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, or the United States. Typical delivery is 2 to 5 business days in Greater Vancouver and Sea to Sky and 3 to 9 business days elsewhere. Check delivery areas. 4. Price per item
Do the arithmetic on the whole order, including shipping. Our one-time boxes are $149 for 6 items, $199 for 10 and $219 for 12, where an item is a pack (for example 3 baguettes or 3 croissants). That is about $24.83, $19.90 and $18.25 per pack. Shipping is free above $149. Check how any service charges for shipping and whether there is a minimum order.
