Atome products are designed for closed-lid baking. You can use a dutch oven or pullman pan if you already own one, but our pans are sized perfectly for Atome products and give you the most consistent results.
What's the real difference between the two pans?
The aluminium pan is great for most home bakers: lightweight, easy to clean, and gives excellent results. The cast iron pan retains heat significantly better, which means a more even bake and a superior crust. If you bake regularly and want the best possible result every time, cast iron is worth the investment.
Is the cast iron really comparable to Le Creuset?
